SHIPPING - UK & WORLDWIDE - Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. That is why we send the majority of our deliveries via TNT or UPS signed for service. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery or pick-up your order in person.
Sales to customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT., but may be subject to your Countries Customs and Border Protection Service who may examine imported goods and may levy a charge for Import duty, sales tax and/or additional charges. As the buyer, you should be aware of possible delays from customs inspection and / or import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control and not included by us and are therefore your responsibility to pay.
DELIVERY POLICY - Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.Delivery includes Postage and Packing to UK mainland (discounts available for multiple orders). Overseas orders including Europe, USA & Worldwide will be quoted international courier costs for door to door delivery.

PRICES - quoted are in GBP£ and INCLUDE VAT for UK and EU sales (20%). Orders for EU customers must include VAT unless you are registered for VAT within your particular Country where you will need to provide an official purchase order showing your VAT number and registered business address at time of enquiry / order.
RETURNS - Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
- You confirm in writing (email) your intention to return the goods supplied within 7 days from receipt
- Items are returned carriage paid to us.
- You are fully responsible for the safe return of the goods which must arrive in a saleable condition. You are advised to take out adequate insurance with the shipping agent.
- Refunds will not include original or return carriage costs
- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition otherwise we levy a £30 charge to replace these.
- We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you to your specification for return like Safety Mats.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and reason for return.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or delivered damaged by your courier, please retain your proof of postage should you need it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
MISSING PARTS & DAMAGE - Please advise us of any problems with missing or damaged parts within 5 days. Carrier damage must be taken up immediately. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
SPECIAL ORDERS - On any non stock special order item we reserve the right to charge full order value to the customers credit/debit card, which is non returnable in the event of cancellation, based upon the customers implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
