DELIVERY POLICY - Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.Delivery includes Postage and Packing to UK mainland (discounts available for multiple orders). Overseas orders including Europe, USA & Worldwide will be quoted international courier costs for door to door delivery.
PRICES - quoted are in GBP£ and INCLUDE VAT for UK and EU sales (17.5%). Orders for EU customers must include VAT unless you are registered for VAT within your particular Country where you will need to provide an official purchase order showing your VAT number and registered business address at time of enquiry / order.
WORLDWIDE - Sales to customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT. Use our contact form for overseas quotes. Typical international shipping costs: USA $200, Europe €120, Australia $335. Local import duty / customs charges may apply which you are responsible for. Please call / email for delivery rates to other Countries.
RETURNS - Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
* Items are returned carriage paid.
* Items are received in a resalable condition.
* Refunds will not include carriage costs
* Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
* Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition otherwise we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace this.
* Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of 15%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
* We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return like MATS.
* All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and reason for return.
* We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or delivered damaged by your courier, please retain your proof of postage should you need it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
MISSING PARTS & DAMAGE - Please advise us of any problems with missing or damaged parts or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
