Q. Where is the RPole made
A. Everything is manufactured in England. We support our economy and do not import.
Q. Will the mat fit on any RPole model
A. Yes. It also works as the widest safety mat for floor to ceiling poles
Q. Is the RPole waterproof?
A. Water and poles do not go together for all the obvious reasons. The RPole is aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel and as such if it gets wet and isn't dried it will start to corrode and you will get white marks appearing on the surface of the aluminium boss which is a naturally untreated and polished surface. It can suffer getting wet without problem other than that
Q. Do I need extra weight?
A. No, the RPole strength and stability is in the 5 year design
Q. Do I need extensions to make it more stable?
A No, the RPole strength and stability is in the 5 year design
Q. Do I need tools, are there any screws
A. No, the RPole is designed to fit together without pads, screws, sticky tape or bolts.
Q. Is everything on the RPole interchangable?
A. Yes, if you have more than one model everything will fit together except 2009 models where only the poles are interchangeable.
Q. Is it guaranteed
A. Yes for 12 months against faulty workmanship or fault with materials. Excludes soft rubber, silicone and foam parts which are subject to user wear and tear.
Q. My RPole doesn't grip the floor?
A. The rubber pads on earlier models allowed transfer polish rom polished floors to the rubber pads making them slip under stress. We have new rubbers and silicone parts which will grip the floor so well you will think its been screwed down!
Q. Can I fix the frame to the floor or add extra weight?
A. No. you will risk bending the pole or frame if you fix the frame to the floor
Q. Pink Poles look great, can I get one?
A. Yes we are making these available for optional purchase.
Q. Will the poles scratch?
A. Yes, all poles will scratch if you wear sharp items of clothing like belt buckles, body jewellery etc, although this can be polished out from stainless steel BUT not from the pink poles which will scratch the surface and finish but unlike chrome will not flake.
Q. How light is the RPole 'Play'
A. 27Kg 'all in' which is 12Kg lighter than the RPole Professional (without mat) making it the lightest most travel friendly free standing pole on Planet Earth
